Covid-19 update - A message from our CEO, Jamie Bellamy

As the current global situation surrounding Covid-19 continues, we wanted to provide our members with an update.
We are in unprecedented territory, but I would like to reassure you that we are committed to maintaining our service standards to you, where possible.
Safeguarding our employees
One of our main priorities is the wellbeing of our employees, so in line with government guidance at the time, we took quite an early decision for the majority of our team to work remotely from home. We were then able to implement our business continuity strategy prior to the enforced lockdown, which has enabled our team to continue to provide a first-rate service for our members.
Although most of the team are working from home, a maximum of two of our employees will be in the office on a day-to-day basis. These employees (who are taking all necessary measures in terms of social distancing) are there to help us maintain our normal service standards and deal with incoming and outgoing post.
It’s business as (almost) usual
Whilst we still aim to maintain our excellent service levels, our usual telephone and postal service levels may be impacted to some degree. We aim to minimise this where possible but would appreciate our members contacting us via email in the first instance (email@example.com) if you can.
