Toby
Toby is a member of the Risk and IT team and in addition to providing IT support, Toby educates users on technology and its efficient usage. He also supports the Risk and IT Lead with all tech projects as the test lead, whilst working with third parties to ensure key elements of the business are functional and efficient.

What previous experience do you have? Self-taught fixing IT problems including hardware and software. Self-employed audio transcription, buyer and seller of kit crafts, painting kits and toy cars, bikes and lorries.
What are your favourite things about your job? Being able to help people with any problems they have, teamwork/bonding and being able to learn from others.
What do you like doing when you aren’t working? Watching films/tv shows/football, gaming, baking and sleeping.
What 3 things would you take to a desert island? Hammock, fishing rod, radio.
What would be your last ever meal? Chinese with Fanta lemon.
