Stuart joined the Society in 2019 and has extensive investment, risk and control management experience.

Andrew joined the Society in 2019 as a non-executive and has been employed by HSBC since 2005.
Chief Executive Officer
Jamie
Jamie joined the Society in 2014 as Finance Manager, became the Finance Director in 2015 and the Chief Executive in 2019 and continues to oversee the Society's finance function.
Chief Operating Officer
Paul G
As Chief Operating Officer, Paul is responsible for risk management, compliance, operations, the member services team, IT and managing the financial risks associated with climate change. Paul is also the Society's MLRO.
Chief Commercial Officer
Dawn W
Dawn joined the Society in 2008 and is now Chief Commercial Officer. She is responsible for creating and implementing the Society's sales, marketing and business development strategies whilst leading the Marketing & Communications and Business Development teams.

Neil
Neil has over 20 years' experience as a Chartered Surveyor and his knowledge of commercial property is of great value to the Society.

Jan has over 20 years' experience in the mutual financial services sector, having held various senior positions in two medium-to-large building societies.

Tony joined the Society in 2009 as Chief Executive and retired in 2018, leading the Society through a period of significant growth and development.

Faye has over 25 years of global experience in the mutual financial services sector. She joined the Society in 2022, bringing extensive knowledge of mutuality, sustainability, risk and insurance, and corporate governance.

Adrian
Adrian was born and raised in Matlock joining KPMG in Sheffield direct from university. He became a partner in 1997.
