Junior Administration Assistant

About you 

We are looking for someone with the right attitude to help support the Member Services team in day to day administration, scanning, printing, filing and other tasks as required. 

You will need to be a team player but also be able to work alone. You must be a confident communicator with people at all levels of the business and be eager to learn new things and be willing to roll up your sleeves and help out with other elements outside of your job remit. In return, we can offer excellent working conditions including free onsite parking and a great benefits package. 

The role 

You will be a member of the Member Services Team but will help out with all administration, filing, printing, and other tasks as required by your line manager, directors of the Society and the Member Services Team.

Reporting To - Member Services Team manager 

Duration - Permanent contract 
Probationary for six months 

Hours of Work - 35 Hours per week 

Salary range - Between £12,150 and £16,500 depending on age and experience 
Reviewed after 12 months - subject to performance 
Paid 25th of each month by bank transfer

Working hours: 35 per week 

Monday to Friday 9am - 5p(usual hours, work outside of these hours may be required). Late working on Mondays up till 8pm maybe required. 

You may also be required to attend events outside of these hours and some additional evening and weekend work.

Job description:

Salary: between £12,150 and £16,500 per year based upon age and experience. 

COVID-19 considerations:
Social distancing of at least two metres is in operation at the office.
We are working at a reduced workforce to ensure the safety of everyone.
