The Role

You’ll be a key member of the busy customer services team and in addition to administering new and existing policies; you’ll be trained, developed and accredited so you’re equipped with the skills and knowledge to talk about our savings products and to deal with more complex policy claims made by our members. You will progress through the different roles within the team to enhance your knowledge and have the ability to become a senior administrator. The role enables you to work on your own initiative and you’ll have lots of variety including telephone, email, on-line chat and face-to-face contacts.

We are accepting applications for either full time or part time working.

About You

You’ll need to be a good communicator, accurate, reliable, enthusiastic, calm under pressure and quick to learn new things. Previous experience in financial services isn’t essential, but we’re keen to hear from you if you’ve had a customer service and / or administrative background.

You will need to be a team player but also be able to work alone.

Salary Range and package

Starting at £20,000
Salary band £20,000 - £25,000 
Full time, permanent
